Licensed Realtor for over 18 years, Roy specializes in the advanced marketing, negotiation, and sale of residential real estate. He typically sells 15 to 20 times more homes than the average Realtor in the United States.
From 2011 through 2014, Roy was the managing Team Leader and CEO of both Keller Williams Realty in Sonoma County and Keller Williams Realty in Yuba City, California.

As CEO and Team Leader, he mentored, coached and trained both new agents and some of the top Realtors in the business.
Roy developed the proprietary “Power Marketing” strategy in 2002 utilizing tactics designed to create buzz and demand pressure for listings prior to their debut. Roy has a passion for teaching and in 2004 he began to teach these strategies to others as part of his coaching and training programs.
